Been doing this for a while on the Jeep and my truck. If its going to sit for a few days I plug in the trickle charger and put in the plug. Keeps them fully charged. 2021 Mojave, still on both original batteries.

Sounds like it would make more sense just to remote start it so the AC is cooling it. What vehicle is that on? My Gladiator doesnt have that option in the app
Had the same issue in my Durango a few months ago. Check you satellite signals in the settings. Had my antenna replaced under warranty and that was my issue.
If you're just trying to keep the batteries topped off while it sits, I put a 7 pin trailer plug on my tender and just plug it in to the trailer port when Im not using it. Easier than messing with the hood every time.

Performed a "Full Reboot" and two complete sleep cycles.
