That's a tough question honestly, I loved my Glady and the setup, so much room for camping/overlanding even rock crawling the truck was so capable. But every time I start up my 392 and/or hit the gas it brings a smile to my face. The 392 is way more fun to drive and once I get it set up the way...

I looked into it and getting it to pass smog is the issue. One shop says they can do it, others say smog it in another County, some say it will never fly. So my assumption is no hemi swap in Cali until the gladiator comes from the factory that way. Someone please prove me wrong I'd love some...
