Here for your viewing and taking pleasure is a Mopar Factory Tonneau Cover, Hard Tri-fold. I purchased the jeep with this already on, and it is in fair/less-than-fair condition.
Still function properly, holds out the rain, but carwashes and downpours, expects some dripping and puddling in the...
For sale is this used roof rack, fair condition. I purchased an alucab canopy, and this roof rack came with it. Here is a quadratec link to a full description.
Cosmetically this rack has blemishes, rubs, scratches, but the coating is intact. The screw/bolt heads are faded and some are rusted...
For Warranty corrosion work, you are entitled to “alternate transportation”, its part of the coverage. Thats what you need to say, not “rental”. I would like to arrange “alternate transportation”. It’s not provided by the dealer, you pay out of pocket and corporate reimburses you. Just make sure...
My experience with my dealership was unbelievable. The opposite of every horror story I ever read here. He had verbal authorization for full coverage within 15 mins and a $0.00 invoice in my hand within an hour. Full coverage on alternate transportation for the duration of repair, which took 14...
It is worth your time to pursue it further. Although the 5 year window is past for you, there’s still money on the table. My dealership explained that in their experience, it’s not all-or-nothing. They had experiences where stellantis made partial payments and the customer also made payments...
Not hurling stones at all brother, I live in a glass (fire)house lol. But I may feel some sort of way about the fire service industrial complex and the problems they create for the worship of profits. Ok off soapbox.
It’s criminally common for these manufacturers to deliver a custom vehicle to a fire department that is overweight and not legal to drive on the road. This manufacturer shows a payload number of 1700lbs. 4 firemen at a slim 200lbs each, which in my experience is a very conservative number...
Nice, congrats on the new tires, hope they work out well for you. I just got into some snow (maybe 2-6") on a local trail, aired down to around 12-14psi, was really pleased with how these did. So far have 3000ish miles and I'm happy.
I just added a Alucab cap, and I’m planning to add a RTT, so I needed to have a realistic baseline before going too deep into my payload. CAT scales are all over the place, and the “weigh my truck” app makes it really simple. They raised the prices, used to be dirt cheap but now it’s almost $15...
So. It measured at 35” at 37psi in the front. Which was confusing since it measured a 1/4” less a month ago. Same tape and level…So I measured the other front tire and same deal, 35” @ 37psi. I normally roll around at 32psi cold, but the tires weren’t cold, they were hot from riding on the...
Hey I know you’re asking swoop but I’ll chime in, the 37ko2 rev per mile is very close to 36.5, so I’ll agree with you on squishy and smaller, at least for the C-load range
Tell you what, once snowmaggeddon is done here in NJ (it’s freezing outside), I’ll take another measurement, I’m running 32psi so I wonder if I’m even lower than the previous measurement at 37psi. I’ll measure to the fender height too if that helps.
Stock-ish. Front OEM Steel bumper with wings taken off, and a warn winch. When that picture was taken, I still had the stock suspension. I think these C load KO2’s are softer and probably slouch more than the higher load index, just a guess. It still measures circumference rev equivalent to 36.5...
Good point, funny, I just changed out the stock fox shocks for some ranchos RS7MT's for that exact reason. The fox shocks were leaking and althought they were still functioning on the smooth roads, over bumps they were not pleasant. The new ranchos are...well...new. They're temporary(ish) until...
You’re right. That wheel width and backspacing is pretty close to stock scrub and poke. I think you’re gonna do great...Unless you want to wait till May for BFG KO3 35x11.5R17…
