oil leak

So I have the smallest oil leak from the bell housing and the back of the motor on the right side but it’s so small it take multiple days to see the oil but I also have a small oil leak coming from my drain plug and I’m wondering if the wind could hit it just right and hit that flat spot right...

I noticed an oil leak around my ignition coils that I presume started since my last oil change (no surface oil upon visual inspection). What can cause this to happen? I'm curious in case it's an operator error and I need to change how I drive after it's fixed. I don't drive like a banshee...
