receiver for hitch

My question is, is the stock OEM hitch minus the receiver a IV or something smaller, it looks identical to the OEM Mopar one on their site, but stock it does not come with the actual receiver, can I just add this one and safety tow 5,200 lbs, I have attached a pic of the OEM and the MOPAR IV...

I just purchased a Gladiator Sport S. The towing package was not included but the frame work for the hitch was in place attached to the vehicle frame. The 2 inch receiver that bolts on to the frame work was missing. It bolts on with 4 bolts. Anyone know where it can be purchased separate...
