scratch repair

I backed into what I thought was an open garage ... one of the pulleys came loose and the door was a few inches down. Here’s the damage. Any ideas on how to repair? I know there’s a touch up pen available for these tops but these are more scuffs than scratches down to fiberglass. TIA
