trail rail management system

Much obliged if someone can answer this? Our 2020 Mojave came with the Trail Rail System installed at the factory. How many tie-downs are there supposed to be? We have four, two-each on the side rails, and none on the back rail. Is that normal, or did someone jack a couple of them?

Anyone have any ideas of current companies that make a rail type of system for a truck bed or have plans to make one for the Gladiator? I figure I don't need the outlet because it has one inside the cab and can always get aftermarket boxes for underseat storage. I don't think the package is...
