“Shortest” front and rear bumpers?

I am trying to shave a few inches off the length of my Gladiator so it will fit in my garage with my cabinets and bench. The stock front bumper is about 11” from the grill to the farthest point out, and I believe the stock rear bumper is about 7” from tailgate to the farthest point out (tow hook). Any suggestions? I’m leaning towards the RR Arcus for the front.

I took a Rubicon Metal bumper and removed the bumps that stick out of the bumper by the fog lights. Tomorrow, after I install the panels I fabbed up to fill the space, I will take pics and post.

It makes the front bumper about as short as it can be. probably 1.5 inches past the tow hooks which mount to the end of the frame. Anything shorter will literally need to mount directly on the frame rails. You need some collapse space to protect the frame if you bump something.
