You can see the bull bar but it’s minor, doesn’t block your main view. I love it, just wish they would make the Signature series sliders for the JT.

I just bought the Fab Four Stubby with Pre-runner Guard (JL18-B4752-1) from 4 Wheel Parts. I wanted to use the stock Rubi skid plate and saw @salsadoc post (thank you). I did this tonight and trimmed the skid plate a little including the brackets. Here are some pics. It took about one hour to fix, cut, file, paint and mount and saved about $200 on a Fab Four skid plate.

Fab Fours Stubby... But does not work with factory skid... Unfortunately... But other than that, I love the bumper. Super strong, and looks great. Gets lots of compliments.

Nice! Thinking to get the same bumper! Any aftermarket skid plate will fit?

Do you need to do anything to the skid plate support bracket? I read the instructions, it says we will need to remove this bracket. Wondering why? If I removed it, how am I gonna install a new aftermarket skid plate?

i also had to cut a notch in the support brackets. see my photos in my prior post #10. another member in this thread posted photos as well.
