I’ve installed 1.5 lift on my Gladiator and it now very stiff when over bumps, can anyone tell me if I just need the shock extenders? I see extenders made by Tereflex that state 2-2.5 . First do I need them and will these work.
Thanks to all

I would be surprised if shock extenders made a difference with your ride being stiff.
Adding shock extenders would require matching bumpstop extensions to keep the shocks from bottoming with the extensions. A 2" shock extension would require a 2" bumpstop extension. It is a one to one ratio.

What did your 1.5" lift involve? Springs or spacers?

Did you loosen all the control arm and track bar bolts and re-tighten them properly once at the new ride height?

Hello, yes all I did was install the spacers on top of the springs, I was thinking that maybe the shock is now over extended? Installing the shock extender would essentially raise the shock?

If the spacers are 1.5", then the shock is only 1.5" more extended than it was. Except in special circumstances, under full extension, the shock should not be different.
Again, did you loosen all the control arm and track bar bolts and re-tighten after installing the spring spacers? That is important with the stock rubber bushing parts. Failure to do that can result in the suspension binding. The proper torque for those bolts is pretty high, and you really want to use a serious torque wrench for it.

As mentioned, shock extensions must be coupled with bumpstop extensions, which would take away up travel.

Lifting a vehicle is complicated, and not doing it right you can end up with worse performance then it had from the factory.
