Hey everyone. I've been looking through the forum for a while now at people's different choices on tires and wanted to get some feedback on mine. I have seen plenty of people saying 295/70/R18 work fine with no issues on a stock truck, but then others saying they do have issues. I don't plan to off-road with my truck anytime soon and it's my daily driver that doesn't go anywhere else besides 6-7 hours radius around my house (combination of country roads and highway). Window sticker puts my gear ratio at 3.73. I'm fine if there would be some rub since I can compensate for that.
With that said here's what I am looking to install on the stock rims and other equipment to add afterward:
Keeping my options open in case I get into hefty off-roading and want to install a winch.
Will I lose 7th/8th gear adding the tires and bumpers and require re-gear or will things function as-is minus some MPG?
