That's a big part of the problem. I may just run them with no TPMS readings. Sam's Club said it would be about $40 per wheel for a new sensor and installation. Discount Tire quoted me about $65 per wheel for the same (and I bought the tires from them).

I have a late-June 2021 Gladiator. After a rather unsuccessful and frustrating experience getting TPMS from Extreme Terrain, I ended up going to my local Discount Tire and got 6 sensors installed (5 on new-to-me Rubicon rims, and one on the new true full size Mojave spare to replace the steel spare).
Even with 2 spares in the trunk, the Jeep picked up the new sensors in less than 2 miles on the road, no interference.
Save yourselves the hassle and frustration, skip the online aftermarket sellers and go straight to a local store. More expensive? Yes, by a lot. But fewer headaches.
