2024+ Gladiator Rear Left Axle Shaft

Hello Gladiator community,

I'm hoping I can get some assistance with sourcing a part for my Gladiator, I come from the Wrangler world as an owner of a TJ for eight years and need some Gladiator expertise.

I was informed that my 2024 Gladiator Willys needs an axle shaft replacement which the dealership has agreed to warranty as the vehicle is only six months old. The problem is the PN they provided me I've had on order with the dealership since January and even after escalation with Jeep Cares, there is no ETA as this part is on a national back order with no dealership/Mopar parts vendor having any in stock.

The dealership provided me the part number (PN 68651312AA) which when searching this part online confirms it goes with a 2024+ Gladiator Willys (as well as some other factory trim levels) but I have seen PN 68474094AA online which also appears might work. I know with the axles change depending on trim levels since it is equipped with the M220 rear axle and Tru-Lok locker but I wanted to see if this part (or any other axle shaft) is offered as an interchangeable part or a direct swap? I attached my window sticker to provide some more insight on my truck's configuration.

According to WorldPAC, P/N 68474094AA is for 20-23 Gladiators and 20-24 Wranglers so it would likely be different. I could not find the other P/N that the dealership provided on WorldPAC.

And 20-23 Gladiator Willys did not offer a tru-lock rear axle.
That was newly offered on the 2024 Gladiator Willys.
