2025 Mojave X - Passenger Wheel Opening Flare Molding

See this drawing. I only need the black molding around the edge of the wheel opening flare.

Mopar wants to sell me the entire rear fender flare that I would have to paint. Any fellow members replace a rear flare on these?

That part your needing is part of the whole flare, it is plastic welded/bonded to the outer shell of the flares.
