Rule #4 - The listing must include an asking price. OBO (or best offer) is allowed but it must be accompanied by an asking price.

$500 FOR SALE Rubicon Wheels/Tires
BFGoodrich M/T and wheels. Spare is practically brand new, 2 tires in front have no tread, and 2 tires in back have about 20% tread life left. Feel free to get ahold of me with any questions you may have. Thanks
