Just added the knobs today. The set I got had three different size knobs. Smallest went on the light switch, largest on the A/C and the others went on the radio. Light switch works fine but I'll probably go with Auto now. I was looking at the roof panel latches too. Some reviews said they scratched the panel. Did you have any problems?
Not at all. What you don’t want to do is over tighten them which you can do. Put some blue thread locker on the threads and tighten until there is no wiggle and they work smoothly and you’ll be fine.

The only problem Ive had with the knobs is heat expansion. Up here in Alaska, on a cold day, the knob itself shrinks away from the orange covers. So, when i go to switch on my headlights, the damn metal knob spins free.

Not a dealbreaker, and something I've come to live with. Yet another quirk.

I added a tiny dot of wall sticky putty (mounting putty) to the inside of the ring. Fixed it.

Interesting! Never had that issue in NC and now in NV but I’m sure others will appreciate there is a fix if they live in colder climates. Thanks for sharing 👍

Well, I've extended the offer to many, might as well add yourself to that list. Take the journey up here. If you PM me beforehand, I will do my damnedest to help you as much as I can along with way.

I know for a fact, that it is a 5 day journey from North Louisiana on I-20 to Anchorage. From Nevada, its weirdly about the same. Like the Man once said, "Come. See."

I myself am about to (probably next year in July) going to take the big trip from Anchorage down to Sequoia National Forest and then back.

Trust me. Its worth it.

That would be a hell if an adventure for sure. I don’t know that I will have the time for such a long driving trip up there but it on my bucket list. Got you PM and I definitely appreciate the offer. Things go way smoother with the help of a local.
