ACC position leaves gauge cluster on.

It seems weird to me that if i just want the radio on the cluster is fully lit.
Do I have a short? This thing has been doing some weird shit lately.

I only listen to the radio when driving. The few times I've used the ACC position, I believe it left the gauges and center screen lit up.
