My Service 4wd light came on 3 weeks ago. I immediately call the dealer to get service. They would not even get the computer to diagnose the problem for 3 weeks.so I barely drove the truck for 3 weeks. Bring it in Yesterday, they discovered the sway bar disconnect was broken. (Actuator)I have the rubicon trim. I really didn’t use this but once when I thought I’d try a rocky road. No clue how it broke. The service department said the only time they have seen this was when someone really beat up their wrangler. It takes a couple weeks to get another appointment and for the part to get in. Pretty pissed that I pay 50k plus for a truck and can’t use it. Do dealerships just not want to do warranty work so they just put you off for weeks. I’m in Montana so the next nearest dealer is 120 miles away. I’m pretty disappointed with this, I drove my Chevy Silverado for 15 years, 220 k miles, needing only brakes, tires, and oil changes

Hi Joe,
We're sorry to learn about your experience with your new Gladiator. We would be happy to see if there is anything we can do to get the required parts to your dealer faster. Please send our team a private message.
