Adventure Guides and Trails Offroad - How do you link the accounts?

I've been trying to use the Adventure Guides in my 2024 Gladiator and it does load the area trails, however when I go to click into a trail it tells me I need to scan a QR code to get All Access to Trails Offroad. I do have a Trails Offroad account with an All Access subscription, but cannot figure out how to link it to my Jeep account. When I scan the QR code it opens the Jeep Connect dashboard, but I can't find anything related to Adventure Guides or Trails Offroad in Jeep Connect. Anyone have any success with this? Thanks!

Yes, you can’t purchase the Trails Off-Road subscription from Trails Off-Road directly. You have to purchase the Adventures Guides Upgrade through Jeep Connect and then it will sync in your Jeep. If you already purchased through Trails Off-Road they have a process for requesting a refund and switching to the Adventures Guides Upgrade.
