3rd time in a week, I have seen this. I dont believe there is an inherently dangerous condition on these sway bars. I have had 3 Rubicons, I have known lots of other jeepers with Rubicons and never an issue with a sway bar disconnect. Jeep has built hundreds of thousands of these sway bars, and they have collectivly logged, hundreds of millions of miles, much of it in really rough conditions, and they rarely have a problem. They are certainly not inherently dangerous, even if one failed at hiway speed it isnt likely to cause an accident. You just slow down a little and go get it repaired or replaced if that happens. Does one fail for some reason occasionaly of course, its not inherently dangerous. This suite has like 9 plaintiffs claiming inherently dangerous sway bar conditions. This is just a lawyer fishing for a big cash law suite. I stand with Jeep until someone provides some really convincing evidence, which they wont, because these sway bars are very reliable.
