That is exciting when they come in. My Pop used to take me and my brother to goose hunt near Easton, Maryland on the Eastern shore. Great times. Their are a lot of great recipes for those corn fed honkers. One of my favorites is to simply smoke them like brisket. Absolutely delicious.
