another newbie with ?s

New Jeep owner and love it but have a couple questions:
80 anniversary trim and window sticker shows 18 wheel, dealer after market accesories, 2.5 ready lift 35.5 tires if I did metric conversion right, no idea of offset.
Why did they drop down to 17 inch Fuel wheel (nitto ridge runner tire)
Did go back to aftermarket guy and had them retorque everything after about 600 miles, aanything else I should be aware of?

17" tires and wheels have more selection and are cheaper compared to 18's.

More than likely you have 35" tall tires 315/70R-17 is the metric size, make sure speedometer is reading correctly after the tire change, if not have them fix it for you since they installed them. They can do that within the software with their equipment.

Periodically check your lug nut torque and maintain air pressure and enjoy the heck out of it!
