Anyone know name for clip that is on end on kick panel / wiring harness panel?

One of mine fell off and it’s driving me crazy ! The door panel sticks out a bit. I don’t even know what to call the part, it attaches to the panel where the wiring harness is. Looks like these (except plastic, plus amazon says they don’t fit).
