Best trail for Wharton State Park in NJ

So i went for my first visit to this park yesterday, i went on a trail but most of these trails were really narrow and it seems like you can easily get lost lol. I had a map but it was difficult to follow because it seemed like there were so many other trails that werent on the map. Any advice would be appreciated, btw no looking to going through deep mudholes not until a lift and maybe when the gladdy is a few years old.
