I had purchase an EZ fold Tonneau for my gladiator a while back, it did not include the hardware for the rails although the instructions said it would. I got ghosted for a while before making a couple phone calls, then they sent this. Am I worrying about nothing here?
Part# I ordered, part# on the Bestop web site and part# on the label on the box 16280-35
Bestop:
The JT only has a Supertop for Truck 2. The tonneau cover you purchased was the one that was specifically designed to work with the STFT 2 hardware. With that being said, the tonneau you just purchased is supposed to come with hardware. I am sending you the small pars kit that has every screw/nut/bolt you are needing in SO33586. Please allow at least 7-10 business days for delivery.

Hi, do you have a tracking number for this? My window to return the product is closing and it may be necessary to do so, or call my bank and have them deal with this. You make one EZ-Fold tonneau cover for the gladiator in Black Twill or Black Diamond according to your own web site which is exactly what I have and ordered, The STF2 is a roll up. So not really sure what all the verbiage is getting at in this email or that the correct parts were in fact sent if at all and if so with what carrier.
