The use of a Charge Back with your Credit Card company is one of the best ways to get a company to call you back ASAP. They are motivated to resolve the issue, if they get to many charge backs they get hit with higher rates or they can lose their CC provider. I use it very sparingly, but being told to go through a live chat when you're talking with a human is beyond insulting.

Quadratec shipped the parts for delivery tomorrow! Fantastic Quadratec. Thank you for picking up where Extremeterrain has failed.
Do not put Quadratec too high up on a pedestal as they have been known to do the same bull crap with leaving you hanging with missed third party delivery that they did not disclose.

Companies like Extreme Terrain and Quadratec are not emotionally invested like the customer is and all they see the transaction as either a return unmolested or customer accepts as is. They will not compensate for lost time, extra expense or aggravation.

Wherever possible, I throw my money @Northridge4x4 as they seem to be less prone to such shenanigans and if there is a problem, you can get a real human that will work with you.

I'll throw my .02 cents worth on extremeterrain.com.
My son ordered me a set of halo LED lights for Father's Day. They sent lights for the Wrangler instead of for a Gladiator.
Trying to return these things were like pulling teeth. They have exactly zero knowledge of the products they sell and that's being generous. Finally got the return set up and the parts sent back.
One week later I receive... You guessed it the same exact freaking lights we sent back.
We will be sending these back again and buying from a reputable dealer. These people are jokes.

What makes them different for the Gladiator over the Wrangler?

After speaking to a rep from Extreme today we come to find out that the lights are the same for the Wrangler and the Gladiator.
The manufacturer number is the same for both vehicles. Extreme changes the part numbers on their website so they can track how many they sell for Wranglers versus Gladiators.
I guess I will be testing that theory out this weekend when I install them.

I figured it would be something like that. Until now, never heard of a difference with them.

Pretty sure you will be alright using them. Only caveat I know of was the early Gladiators that did not come with the factory halo LED's headlights were missing the wiring for the halo but later Gladiators have it regardless.

I installed the lights this morning. The install was pretty easy and the lights look good.
The adjusters for the lights are a pita to reach and do not seem to aim the lights low enough.
It looks like I might need to use some washers and shim the top of the mounting bolts.

Attached is a screenshot of an order I placed and had to return as Extreme Terrain did not do 2 day shipping that I paid for. To add insult to injury, they charged me to cancel! I was in a hotel so delivery while I was there was essential!
