Florida Bestop Sunrider for Hardtop

Hey all,

The tension wire for my Sunrider broke, and Bestop replaced it via warranty. So, if anyone local to the Edgewater/New Smyrna Beach area wants a functional (albeit barely more wind noisy) Sunrider, make me an offer. Obviously it’s as-is, but I know there might be someone out there that doesn’t want to shell out for a new one and doesn’t mind an imperfection. It’s the tweed (heavier fabric) option and it works fine, aside from the broken wire.

Relatedly, if anyone is considering buying a brand new bestop Sunrider, do it. I love mine and the warranty process was painless. Good company that stands behind their product.

Can you share more about what functionality the broken part impacts? I'm familiar with the sunrider in principle but don't know what is tensioned by that piece.
