Hey folks,
I‘ve got a new twill Sunrider that was a warranty claim through Bestop. The reason for the claim was thread issues in the retaining nuts on the top assembly. I’ve taken my thread chaser set to these four threads and have cleared them. I verified that the factory hardware works with all four fittings, and checked all the remaining threads.
I suspect that there won’t be any warranty coverage with this top, based on my claim and the new top they sent me.
Looking for $600, or reasonable offers (seriously, please respect the word “reasonable”), and local pickup, unless the buyer wants to pay shipping. I can meet anywhere in the Hampton Roads area, and maybe even a little further.
If the buyer wants to pickup at my house, I’m willing to install the top for them, just to provide ”proof” that everything works as advertised.
