Brand New - ‘25 Rubicon - Discoloration Steering Wheel

anyone ever seen this? Brand new, <400 miles.
Can’t think of anything on hands that could’ve caused this.
Tried to wipe off with microfiber and leather cleaner… no luck.
Almost a little stickiness to it and a blue tint.
Any suggestions for removal appreciated.
