I have had a Fishbone mid with on my JT for 18 months. I don't deal with salt on the road but I drive on the beach a lot. No rust the powder coat has held up very well, only place is where a F150 backed in to me. Cut the powder coat I touched it up with a Rust-oleum hammered finish.

Based on what you've said I think you should find a used factory Steel bumper on FB marketplace. You can upgrade it later with light, hoop, and winch. Also, I think the aesthetics of the stock steel front bumper are terrific.
