I ordered a custom steering wheel with these specifications: flat top/bottom, matte carbon fiber, perforated leather sides, no center stripe (too sporty for a Jeep), orange stitching, and retained heating functionality (on the leather sides only of course). I also swapped out the ugly original silver trim ring for one that is custom painted in a matte Mojave Orange. Overall the install was straight-forward. I had to swap over all the electronics/wires inside the wheel. I paid close to attention to the original wire routing so I could get it back together the same way. The new wheel feels amazing. Love how much thicker the diameter of the new wheel is. Here is were I got the parts from:
Steering Wheel:
The seller was great with communications/updates. He does offer the matte carbon fiber (just ask via eBay message). Turn-around from order to receipt was about 3 weeks. Came shipped via DHL.

Steering Wheel Trim Ring:
Turn around time was about 2 weeks
