Ran into a very unique issue after returning from a camping trip in Trona Pinnacles CA. I was fueling up about half way home and upon leaving the gas station I noticed the clutch slips in 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th when giving partial throttle at about 2200 RPM's. It slips to about 2800 rpms then drops back to the RPM that matches actual speed and holds fine.

It passes the basic clutch holding test (e-brake and rev engine to 4000 and see if it stalls) - this was don't by the dealership. But they then told me that since my speedometer was off by about 3 mph the cannot further diagnose the issue. (which is absolute bs). Anyway I recalibrated so I can drop it back off so they can finish diagnosing the issue. Anyone else experience this issue before?

a few extra things to note is that it was about 110 deg. when we left Trona, when I drive/accelerate carefully I can avoid the slippage, and if I slam on the gas at WOT there seems to be no slippage at all...
