No harm no fowl I enjoyed the thread too. Even though it's went off rails. Many years ago I knew of two 2 LT's that took off on a weekend and drove to Italy who couldn't read Italian that "gassed" up their car with gaz oil aka D. fuel the car didn't make it. Now this was back during the "Cold War" and all U.S. military had to have a leave form and signed border crossing form from their command to cross from one country to another. A big no no so they was stuck and had to call the unit then the company commander has to go pick them up. My unit was based in Mantz Germany they was half way through Italy.
I have been a professional technical writer for over 15 years. It's my job to take complex, detailed information and distill it down into something that's easy for end-users to understand. Suffice to say, I pride myself on being able to comprehend even the most asinine jibberish that barely literate people call documentation.
All that said, I have absolutely no idea what the F- this is supposed to mean...
