I noticed my cooling fan/s running at or near full speed while the coolant was not even to 140 degrees. It continued for a mile or two until shutdown.
Ambient temp was near 100 degrees, but I wonder if this is normal or some sensor that might need looking at?
I had started it remotely in this case...

Mine does the same. I remote start due to the outside temperature, A/C is always on.

And the engine cooling fans running high speed? Not the interior AC fan, but the Engine cooling fan...

People have actually noted how embarrassing it is to go through a dive-thru. “Sorry, let me speak up, my fan is loud. Can’t you speak up too?” [ESS kicks in]. “Can you hear me now?”

Yes, I can hear it running full speed if I go outside right after it starts. AC fan doesn't adjust to my set speed until I open the door and the head unit powers up. The temperature sensors seem a little slow to adjust. Behavior at startup is affected by the temperatures at last shutdown.
