Dashboard settings not saving

Using the available customization settings for the instrument panel, I add the time on the left and temp on the right and those settings remain on only for that one drive. Once I shut down and restart, those settings are not saved and no longer visible as previously set and saved. Anyone been able to resolve this?

Mine is still how I set it over four years ago. There's been a complete power removal at least two times.

It is something the dealer will have to investigate. Possibly, a defective display panel.
