Daytime a Running Lights - WTH??

I have an overland with the tazr installed. I would like the fender lights to be on as daytime running lights, but having no running lights on would be ok. I have the DRL off in the settings on the radio, and have it off with the tazr. If the truck is on, my headlights and fender lights are on. This is all with my lights on auto.

any ideas? Maybe unmarry the tazr and reinstall everything?
