So last night I had to use my defrost for the first time. And it's not for cold Temps.. I'm in Texas lol. It was actually just a fog and humidity issue. But when I cranked on the defrost to clear the window, I noticed only the driver side cleared up. I felt warm on the the left side, but really cold air on the right. And the window was still foggy. As seen in the picture.

Is this a defect? Or am I missing something..

That is weird. Unfortunately, you may have a trip to the dealer in your future. Based on your info screen, it looks like you have the dual climate control. If you have heat on one side, it sounds like the unit just isn't syncing up both sides properly to distribute heat evenly. Hopefully an easy fix for the dealer (i.e. computer reflash, etc.). Good luck.

Before you head to the dealer it might just need a reset. Remove the three grounds to your battery and reset the whole system. Many times this will fix little gremlins.

Good idea. Plus, check to make sure all of your fuses are seated properly in the fuse panel under the hood. I've found loose fuses on my past 2 Jeeps, and both were bought new.

You can also try resetting the Uconnect system.

1. While the vehicle is on and running on the steering wheel, hold down the voice command and green phone buttons for 30 seconds
2. Let go of the buttons and turn the vehicle off
3. Once the uConnect display is completely off (black screen) open the driver door
4. Close the driver door and turn vehicle on and running
