I have a 21 Gladiator with a DiamondBack HD cover.
I have found that I need a cap and not a bed cover. Like new. I have the bed rail system, so the clamps are designed for that. I also have the rest of the cleats, I just never installed them.
All you will need to purchase extra is a front bulkhead seal as this is adhesive based, either through DiamondBack or a generic one (I would recommend 3M brand for generic.) The bulkhead seal could be installed at any time after the initial installation.
The cover is for sale, pick-up in Redondo Beach or Torrance only. No shipping.
