DiamondBack HD Bed Cover, Rugged Black, model jg20tk-cx that is rated to carry up to 1600-lbs of weight (higher rated than the JT bed), has 12-tie down cleats, I am the original owner, received and installed about January 2020 on my first JT then moved it to my current JT. This cover is 99% as good as new.

This is the version that mounts to the MOPAR Trail Rail, it also worked with my DIY LineX covered 1-5/8" x 1-5/8" slotted strut channel trail rail. I could also sell my DIY trail rail if the purchaser wanted them for an additional $100.

All you will need to purchase extra is a front bulkhead seal as this is adhesive based, either through DiamondBack or a generic one (I would recommend 3M brand for generic.)

Sorry, no shipping or packing. I could meet and help someone install the cover and adjust lock latches to their JT (30 minutes at most) The bulkhead seal could be installed any time after the initial install.

Not to derail thread but would you mind sharing your DIY Trail rail spec please?
I used 1-5/8 x 1-5/8 Unistrut that I had LineX applied to when I got my bed done, some use 1-5/8 x 13/16 Unistrut.

Here is a good source for all things Unistrut.

You can also get limited items at Home Depot and Lowes.

A couple of the many threads about DIY Trail Rails for Gladiator beds.
