I've seen various threads with people wanting to sell or trade a hardtop.
The best thing to do is subscribe to the "exterior parts fo sale" thread and watch for an offer. Of course, the really good deals always seem to be on the other side of the country! Lol!

Good luck, I been looking pretty religiously for awhile now. Not only is it hard to find but the way I look at it is once one does finally pop up, you have to be the first one to beat everyone else who has been waiting. Just my opinion of course, just telling you how my experience has been here in California.
