Ecodiesel exhaust noise

Attached video of the new noise. First time I have heard this. Loud enough I heard it when I was walking up to it. 33k on the jeep.

Something is definitely loose. A cover of something perhaps.

The noise and location would point toward it being your exhaust valve actuator. The valve's purpose is to partially shut off the exhaust to increase flow to the low pressure EGR at low engine speed.

Pretty sure I pinpointed the noise to the SCR

You can watch the actuator to see if the noise coincides with its movement.
