I've been running a Clayton 3.5 on my Gladiator for a few years now. Several things have changed with the build since I put it on, that have added probably 3-400 pounds, and I've went up from 37's to 40's, It's also probably starting to sag a bit having over 100,000 miles on the springs, so I'm looking to go a bit taller. My first inclination was to go with the Evo 4.5HD springs, but after browsing pretty much every build thread I could find using them, they don't appear to be much taller than the Clayton 3.5(which did actually net more like 4.5) springs. Now I'm looking at the Evo 6.5 plush springs, and I'd love to hear feedback from anyone who has been running themfor a while, especially with 40's , and I'd love to see pictures what the stance is like as well.
