Factory hitch and receiver

Can someone please school me on the Gladiator factory hitch that comes without a receiver? I've been researching this for months because I really want to add the Mopar receiver to my hitch but I can't find a single photo or diagram that shows how the receiver bolts onto the hitch. Most of the photos appeared that the receiver is welded on to the hitch that come from the factory and then when I Google videos on how to install just the receiver it's always people replacing the whole entire hitch with the receiver already intact.

I think I just realized my confusion. I think it comes with the entire hitch. For some reason I thought it was just the solo receiver like on the JL. I pulled this off a Google search. I'm kind of bummed out now becausecus I really didn't wanna have to remove my bumper again.
