The steel OEM bumper is like that around here. I bought the chinese ebay knockoff (one of them at least) and it's rusting five ways sideways and is cheap metal. Most people here seem to think they are worth OEM costs even used. I'll wait and watch thank you. 8-)

Well I waited it out I got a beautiful premium soft top at my price!!!! Its in perfect condition (used 2 times by previous owner). Going to put it on today if the rain lets up and I'll post a few pics. Thanks everyone for the advice.
