Has anyone noticed that their FCW and/or parksense doesn’t work as intended with a lifted JT? My Jeep was bought with a 2” mopar lift with 37s. I’ve had no FCW warnings while my 37s were on. Last week I had to put on some stock 31s for a few days while i swapped the 20” wheels with 37s that came on the Jeep for some 17s with 37s.
When the smaller tires were on I would get the FCW if someone pulled out in front of me or I braked late when someone slowed down.
Also my parksense would alert me for cross traffic, anything directly behind me, and also anything slightly off to the side when the smaller tires were on.
Fast forward to my new 37s being put back on and I’m back to no FCW and very limited parksense. It will sparingly do a cross traffic alert, and will only warn me if something is directly behind me, not if it’s slightly off to the side. Has anyone had this problem? Are these things that need to be calibrated with the lift?
