Firewall access on a manual

I’ve got a 21 that I’m trying to mount a light controller on. I need to pass a pigtail through the firewall that has a 1” plug on it. there is supposed to be a plug on the left side by the brake booster but I don’t have it. Any help is appreciated.

The plug is there with an automatic transmission. The hole is occupied by components only deployed on trucks with the manual transmission. Unfortunately, getting anything through the firewall will be more difficult for you.

Skip the firewall if possible. There are better ways to route a wire.
