I would say no based on what I remember from seeing it at Detroit. Not much room back there at all.

You also need to remember that there’s 3 metal anchor points behind the seat for the child seat teather. Plus there’s 2 other anchor points back there to latch the seats in place. So you would have to stow the panels below these 5 anchor points. You don’t have to get the 9th speaker that goes behind the back seats in the center nor do you have to get the Bluetooth speaker that stows behind the back seats. So this would free up some space. But I seriously doubt that you could put the roof panels back there.

On a side note it sure would have been a great place to stow the rear window but Jeep didn’t plan on doing that. Or they could have made it so that rear window lowered down into the rear wall of the truck but Jeep didn’t plan on doing that either. Grrr. So you will have to leave the panels in the bed of the truck or at home or on the roof of the truck.

Definitely no room behind the seats...I've been storing them in this handy truck bed!

No way.
They also don't fit great in the back seat area, they fit but you have to overlap them.
I carry the storage bag for the freedom tops, then toss the bag in the bed.
