Hey Everyone, wondering if anyone else has experienced this. About 6 months ago I upgraded the entire steering set up on my Rubicon. Yeti track bar, MetalCloak drag link, tie rod & steering stabilizer along with MetalCloak sway bar end links... Ever since I've noticed a rattle or clanking anytime I go over even the slightest bumps in the road. I think its coming from my end links but not sure. I've checked to make sure everything is torqued down as best as possible and everything seems tight. Then again, I'm in the middle of a big move and I don't have any of my tools or my garage to allow me to check properly.

Has anyone had an increase in noise when replacing end links?

From everything I've read on the forum, I have seen alot related to needing to tighten up something when those sort of noises appear after suspention work. I had a similar issue and it turned out to be my lower front track bar bolt. It's hard to reach with anything that can give you leverage (with the vehicle on the ground) and so I think I didn't torque it well the first time. You might also take a close look at the components to make sure there isn't any interference between them. Maybe some telltale signs of metal rubbing - like a steering stabilizer clanking against something. The bolts on my drag link were hitting my new stearing stablizer. I simply lossened the two bolts/brackets on the drag link and rotated them up a bit so they were on top instead of hanging down towards the stearing stabilzer. So simple things like that may be a culprit?

Sway Bar Endlinks, Upper and Lower Control Arms, Trackbar. Check all of those and see if it goes away. The control arms are tough on the ground to get almost 180ft lbs (if I remember right) but those will make noise if not tight.
