FYI cigarette lighter circuit also not powered until u put the truck in run. It is not powered with remote start. Need to step on brake and press the button for it to get power

Heated seat fuse is live with remote start. Not sure if this changes anyone's use, but thought I'd share the info

Kind of interesting, when I turn off, cigarette lighter circuit is still live until the radio and such shuts off (30 second delay or whatever it is with doors on). Heated seats are off immediately, no delay.

I believe the cigarette lighter is on when the Jeep's engine turns off when it idles at a stop. I want to avoid charging my house battery when the alternator isnt producing power.

I just installed my BCDC 1225 and fused blue wire to cigarette lighter fuse!
works perfect charging a 100AH lithium

Yes I have the idle stop/start disabled using a tazer JL mini.
