Does anyone have the bakflip hard cover and the bed rug bedliner (carpet) with either a bed rail management system or Molle panels installed?
I have been told by a vendor that the rails will fit with my hard cover and I just had another vendor tell me it would not fit with the hard cover.

I had the rugged ridge hard trifold cover (which I'm assuming is similar in mounting to the bakflip) with the Mopar utility rails and I can't think of any reason the bakflip wouldn't work with both the full bedrug and Mopar utility rails.

You may need to trim the bedrug in a couple places to allow the bakflip's mounting rails to mount flush to the front wall of the bed, but that should be it.
